<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit and to eliminate the need for composition/ decomposition of a cell at synthesis by allowing recording information detection means to detect synchronization information from picture information to which the synchronization information is allocated from a head of a picture cell newly, storing the information to a buffer, and reading and synthesizing the information. CONSTITUTION:In the case of composing picture information, a picture data by one frame starting from picture synchronization information is used as one data group and cell processing is implemented for each data group. Moreover, a synchronization information identifier is provided to the synchronization information. When a picture cell string in this way is simultaneously inputted to synchronization detection means 3-1 to 3-3, the detection means detect the synchronization information from the head of the picture cell and stores the cell to buffers 4-1 to 4-4 from its head. The stored cell is read corresponding to the synthesis image position and a synchronization control means 5 synthesizes the cell by using a cell switch 6.</p> |
