VULCANIZATION AGENT FOR HALOGEN CONTAINING RUBBERS

This vulcanising agent is used in the rubber, and rubber-processing, industry. It speeds up the vulcanising process without removing harmful nitrozamine products. The vulcanising agent contains N, N'- diaminodiphenyl thiocarbamide in a quantity between 1 and 3 weight p. per 100 weight p. of rubber. As halogen-containing elastomers, polychloroprenic, bromine butyl- and chlorine butyl rubber are used.
