DRIVING ASSEMBLY

This node is used in lifting and transportation machinery. It regulates the transverse clearances between elements moving against each other; lubrication during exploitation without disassembly of the node; operation with the load's centre of gravity displaced from the longitudinal axis; small contacting pressures; consequently enhanced resistance to wear and tear; and bearing large axial and radial forces. The node consists of a profile (1) with a reclined journal (2) welded to it, and a profile (3), in which movement is possible. On the journal is fitted an internal ring (4), rolls (5) and an external conic ring (7). The formed node is ensured against self-disassembly through a round ring (6). A plug (8) is wound in the central threading aperture of the journal. Plastic is injected in a radially-located opening before the assembly. The lubrication of the node without disassembly is conducted by a lubricating box (9), and the channels made in the reclined journal and the internal ring.
