Water is supplied (24) through an electric or magnetic valve (23) linked to a level detector (28). Outflow (30) to a high-pressure pump is controlled by a non-return valve or flap (29) and filter (34). ADVANTAGE - Precise metering of small quantities is achieved with high reliability through direct gravity feed into water vessel.
