<p>PURPOSE:To bring both attraction faces of fixable iron core into contact with each other uniformly all over the surface by positioning a magnetic flange member so that the axis may be rectangular to the attraction face of the fixed iron core, and coupling a coil bobbin, the fixed iron core, a magnetic frame, and a magnetic flange integrally by resin. CONSTITUTION:When positioned within the molding chamber of a mold a, the cylinder 62 of a magnetic flange part 6 is set in the axial hole 42 of a magnetic frame 42 and the hole of a coil bobbin 2. Besides, an elastic member 8 exists between the surface 43 of the magnetic frame 4 and the flange member 61, so nearly the whole surface of the attractive face 52 of the fixed iron core 52 contacts with the top face 8 of the core metal c. Besides, it becomes stable in the condition that nearly the whole bottom of the flange part 61 contacts with the inner face of the bottom wall f of a lower mold b. Resin materials is injected into a molding chamber c from the injection port i of the mold a. Thereupon, the resin material fills up the space inside the molding chamber, and fixes a coil bobbin, a magnetic frame 4, the fixed core 5, the magnetic flange member 6, and the elastic member 8 integrally.</p> |
