PURPOSE: To obtain a correct result even when a device for completing the test is immediately used by using a stabilizing agent for a specific labeled enzyme with specific concentration in the cleaning solvent for a uniform enzyme immunity test method. CONSTITUTION: The stabilizing agent in use is a substance which stabilizes labeled enzyme, and tobramycin, phenol, or its derivative and a phenol derivative which has a C1 to C3 alkyl group and/or one or >=2 substituents as chlorine and/or bromine. Further, the stabilizing agent is added with concentration of 0.01 to 20mM and, preferably, 0.1 to 5mM. This stabilizing agent can be added to a known cleaning solvent or buffer liquid. The standard enzyme in use is described in documents and alkaline phosphatase,β-galactosidase, horseradish peroxidase, etc., are preferably used.
