<p>The invention relates to low-energy houses and building parts (floor, tier of beams, external and internal walls, roof/ceiling) for the same. One has aimed at avoiding use of advanced technique and expensive equipment, so that the building parts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5', 6, 7) themselves effect solar energy catching, transport and storage. Thus, a building part according to the invention will comprise two channel systems (e.g. 9, 10; 9', 10'; 13, 14; 13', 14') for air or other gaseous heat-carrying medium and a heat-accumulating layer, e.g. of concrete, so that the respective building part in mounted condition will exhibit an upper and a lower respectively an outer and an inner channel system.</p> |
