<p>PURPOSE:To enable a user to quickly filter the information by controlling a history of past application results of the application of each user. CONSTITUTION:When a handling manual or the on-line help of the application to be carried out in a computer is shown in the computer, an information display range is decided according to the knowledge level of each user, the pest application results, or an application history. Thus the undesired information are not shown or the information display method is changed so that the different information are displayed for each user. In this information display method, a user is identified in step 1 and the default value is first initialized with a beginner user. In step 2, an application history is controlled. In other words, 1 an execution history is controlled for application of each function including the processing that is carried out at a level exceeding the threshold value. Furthermore a reference history is controlled at application of an on-line help function including the processing carried out at a level, exceeding the threshold value. Then the information are displayed in step 3.</p> |
