This cutter assembly can be used to produce parts with eliptical or non-concentric bores or outer surfaces. It consists of a cutter (13) rotated via a coupling (21) by a motor (2). The cutter sits in a holder (3) which is housed within a cylinder (5). The bore housing holder (3) is not concentric with the cylinder outer surface. When the cylinder is rotated by motor (4), the axis of the cutter is moved radially. The cutter is advanced toward the work face by a screw (28) driven by motor (22).
