The telephone having the hook-off automatically storing alarm function comprises a switching circuit (24), mwhich is connected between the output terminal of rectifier (12) and the speaking circuit (22), cutting-off the speech pass by responding to the input of the line restoration control signal; a hook-sensor (26), which is connected to the hook switch installed in the switching circuit, outputting the sensing signal according to the switching of hook-off; a microprocessor supplying the hold control signal to the melody transmitting circuit (16) by time counting the input of sensing signal of hook-off state outputted from the hook sensor and supplying the line restoration control signal to the switching circuit.
