<p>A biotransformation device and method uses a treatment reactor comprising: at least one fluid injection pipe (13) passing through the biofilter (10) from bottom to top in a substantially vertical and sealed manner, the said pipe forming a Venturi; deflecting means (18) mounted in the chamber (1) at the outlet end of the pipe (13) to redirect the fluid flow from the pipe (13) towards the biofilter (10).
