The device uses a dip tank device and a pair of proportioner rollers, to form a defined wet coat on each film side. There are two bearing plates, each carrying a proportioner roller. The plates are resistant to bending, and each is positioned in a crescent-shape relative to the other plate. Each plate is turnably fastened to one end of a traverse bar, while the other ends are relatively tensioned by a traction spring. There is an externally mounted adjusting device, and a cone/semi-spherical pairing in a bearing on the traverse strut. USE - For double-sided coating of a film length, with low-viscous solutions.
