The arrangement has several wedge-shaped sprung tongues (5) distributed uniformly around the body (1) and a pin (6) inside the body. The tongues are attached to a cylindrical body (4) to form a cone whose angle of inclination increases in the direction of strain force (2). A clamp casing (3) is slid over the tongues and cylindrical body until an internal conical surface (8) with the same angle contacts the upper edges of the tongues whose lower edges are in contact with the tubular body.
