The simulator represents exact characterics of exchange and long- distance network using digital filters nd noise generator. The simulator includes a first and a second network simulators (11,14), a first noise generator (12) for providing noise to the first network simulator, a second noise generator (13) for providing noise to the second network simulator (14), a first delay and a second delay (16,17) for providing echo effects to the first and the second network simulator, and a first and a second amplifier (15,18) for amplifying audio signal passed through the first and the second delay. The network simulator simulates losses of long-distance network and characteristics of bandpass filter according to preset input level.
