(A) preparing a pulp paste with addition of 0.25-0.3 wt.% resin, 0.25-0.3 wt.% Aluminum sulfate and 0.3 wt.% adhesive resin in water under stirring; (B) extruding the paste into a round or angular bar having 60 % water; (C) cutting the bar into pieces to press to a golf tee form having 40 % water; (D) drying the formed tee to have 20 % water in curing; (E) polishing, coating and printing the tee for finishing. The tee decomposes naturally to present no environmental hazard to earth, and the use of waste paper or pulp brings down the production cost.
