THE PRETREATMENT METHOD OF FABRIC STRUCTURE COMPOSED OF CONJUGATE FIBER

In the pretreatment of composite fiber structure composing of polyester and polyamide, the process comprises (a) segmenting silultaneously with scouling and desizing by addition of the swelling agent of formula (I) [n = 0; R=-CH2OH or -C6H6; n = 1; R=-H, -CH3 or -C6H6 ; and (b) dying after tentering heat treatment. The temperature of heat treatment is 120-160 deg.C and the tentering rate is 1-5 %. Fiber forming polyester is polyethylene terephthalate of copolymer, and polyamide is nylon 6 or nylon 66.
