FLUORINE-EFFICIENT OIL AND WATER REPELLENT COMPOSITIONS

Compositions comprising a fluorochemical agent, a copolymer extender, and a blocked isocyanate extender. The extenders in combination improve the fluorine-efficiency of the fluorochemical agent to a greater degree than either of the extenders alone. Also disclosed are substrates treated with such compositions, methods for imparting oil- and water-repellent properties to a substrate, and methods for improving the fluorine-efficiency of a fluorochemical agent.
