Thermostatically controlled three-way valve with housing - has switch between by=pass pipes and main flow pipes
摘要
The thermostatically controlled three-way valve (1) in a housing (13) for single-pipe heating plants is incorporated between the flow pipe (2) and the inlet (3) to the heater to which it is connected by means of a bypass pipe (4). An adjustable switch (7) is positioned in front of the three-way valve (1) and controls the inflow of the heating-medium to the three-way valve and bypass pipe. The flow in front of the three-way valve is divided into a bypass portion and a heater-portion flowing to the valve. The heater portion is divided by means of the three-way valve again into a heater portion and a bypass portion. ADVANTAGE - The volume of the inflow medium in the heater and/or the bypass can be altered without the total resistance of the heater-connection being altered.
