The three contactless, permanent magnetic bearings (3-5) couple the inertial mass (1) to the stator (2), and the remaining translatory freedom degree is effected by mechanical and/or electromagnetic supports (6a,6b) of the body (1) against the stator (2). At the force transmission points (A,B,C) at least one permanent magnet (8a,9a10a) connected to the body (1) to be supported works in conjunction with at least one similar magnet (8b,9b,10b) on the stator (2). The contactless, permanent magnetic support forces of the bearings (3,4,5) are effective parallel to the pole surfaces of the permanent magnets (8a,8b,9a,9b,10a,10b). The pole surfaces of all the permanent magnets are formed flatly, and are arranged parallel to one another. ADVANTAGE - As rigid as possible coupling of body to stator.
