<p>A selectively adsorbed cellular fibronectin (cFN); and a process for separating and purifying cFN and a plasma fibronectin (pFN) by bringing a substance containing cFN and pFN into contact with a cross-linked polysaccharide sulfate and/or a carrier containing an immobilized polysaccharide. This process allows cFN and pFN to be separated efficiently by a simple operation and recovered with high purity in good yields.</p> |
