LUBRICANT OIL COMPOSITION FOR HEAT-PLASTIC SYNTHETIC FIBER

The oiling agent composition for thermoplastic synthetic fiber is composed of a antistatic agent, an emulsifying agent and a smoothing agent. The smoothing agent is modified-silicone compound of formula (I) obtained by adding alkylene oxide of thiopenecarboxilic acid ester, and is added in 10-30 wt.% with respect to total component weight. In the formula, R1, R2, R1' and R2' are alkyl or hydroxy; R3 is alkyl; 4<=m+n<=20; 0.2<=n/m<=1. The oil agnet has a good heat resistance and prevents the production of tars and fumes when the fiber is treated at a high temperature.
