PURPOSE:To obtain a fat and oil composition by blending an perilla oil as alpha-linolenic acid-containing fats and oils with a sesame oil as fats and oils containing a sesamin. CONSTITUTION:Treatment of allergic patient has been conventionally depended upon a drug having side effects but in this invention, alpha-linolenic acid and a sesamin can be taken in a common food life from an perilla oil and a sesame oil and both alpha-linolenic acid and the sesamin show extremely high effects on allergic diseases. Further both alpha-linolenic acid and the sesame consist of natural substances, are safe as foods and simply produced.
