ASSEMBLY OF PIEZOELECTRIC BUZZER

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of raw material of a metal case, reduce the final external size easily and obtain an assembly method for a piezoelectric buzzer free from poor sound pressure. CONSTITUTION:In a method of assembling a pie 20 electric buzzer comprising a metal plate 2 on which a piezoelectric sounding body 1 is provided and a pair of metal cases 3 and 4 surrounding both front and rear surface of the metal plate 2 are provided, the outer peripheries of the metal cases 3 and 4 are arranged in positions opposed to each other on both the front and back sides of the metal plate 2 respectively by sandwiching outer peripheries of the metal plate 2. Then these outer peripheries are connected to each other by resistance welding.
