Disclosed is a rubber composition which is excellent in all of processability, strength, heat resistance, and oil resistance and which comprises 30 to 90% by weight of the following component (A), 0 to 50% by weight of the following component (B) and 5 to 40% by weight of the following component (C) based on 100% by weight of (A) + (B) + (C): (A) oil-extended ethylene-propylene rubber containing, based on 100 parts by weight of the ethylene-propylene rubber, 20 to 120 parts by weight of an extension oil and having a Mooney viscosity (ML 121 DEG C) in the range of 30 to 100, (B) un-oil-extended ethylene-propylene rubber, and (C) organopolysiloxane which is represented by the average compositional formula RnSiO(4-n)/2 wherein R represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group and n denotes a number of 1.98 to 2.05 and which has at least two aliphatic unsaturated bonds and/or mercapto groups in one molecule. y
