<p>An electronic volume device having an up-key (1) and a down-key (2), which increases and decreases the volume level respectively, and a control circuit (3) which according to the operation of the key (1) or the key (2), increases or decreases the volume level by a predetermined volume change quantity. The control circuit (3) can be in a fine adjustment mode in which the volume level is increased or decreased by a smaller volume change quantity than the predetermined volume change quantity. The control circuit (3) sets the device in the fine adjustment mode when the interval of from the off-operation of either the key (1) or (2) to the on-operation of either the key (1) or (2) is within a preset time. In order that the fine adjustment mode can be set, at need, in a counter (10) for the up-key or a counter (11) for the down-key, a preset time is set. The preset time is down-counted every unit time, and when a key-on operation is performed before the output of the counter becomes zero, the fine adjustment mode is selected. <IMAGE></p> |
