PURPOSE:To prevent oxidation of copper foil on a printed board and the development of residue by chemical reaction with soldering paste by providing an ethanol gas adding device for adding the ethanol gas into an inert gas atmospheric chamber. CONSTITUTION:The ethanol gas supplying device 17 for supplying the ethanol gas into the chamber 4 under inert gas atmosphere of nitrogen, etc., is provided. The ethanol gas supplying device 17 consists of a vessel 13 filled with the liquefied ethanol 14, a pipe 12 for introducing outer air and a pipe 11 for introducing and supplying the ethanol gas into the chamber 4 by introducing this outer air. Further, in order to form air-curtains on an inlet 15 and an outlet 16, air nozzles 9, 10 are set at a partition wall 3 near the inlet 15 and the outlet 16. By this method, sealing and reducing atmosphere in the chamber 4 is kept. Therefore, the oxidation of copper foil on the printed board and the development of residue by the chemical reaction with soldering paste, are prevented. Further, necessity to use fluorocarbon etc., in the following washing process is eliminated. |
