<p>Submersible pump assembly with a wet-rotor motor, the speed of rotation and/or torque of which can be adjusted by means of a frequency converter (10), and with a pump body, in which the frequency converter, the wet-rotor motor and the pump body are arranged one above the other in a tubular jacket (1), the motor has a can designed as a closed pot (2) which, separating the stator space (4) from the pump body in fluid-tight and pressure-proof fashion, is connected to the jacket (1), and in which the frequency converter is installed in the stator space (4) in such a way that its power electronics are arranged at the bottom (5) of the can pot (2) in the stator space (4).
