PURPOSE:To execute the data entry by calling a registered screen image and inputting only the date and the amount of money by registering a screen image in a data base and calling a registration screen image to which data is inputted in advance at the time of inputting work data. CONSTITUTION:When an instruction of a registration processing is executed from a keyboard 1, an instructing signal is discriminated by an input discriminating means 2, transmitted to a screen registering means 3, and the sequence NO stored previously and a screen image and registration name data are coupled and registered in a data base 5. Subsequently, when it is desired to retrieve the screen image registered in the data base 5, a retrieval request signal of the screen image is inputted from the keyboard 1. A screen retrieving means reads the data base 5 and outputs a retrieval screen to a display 6. In such state, the retrieval is executed from the retrieval screen or the sequence NO is inputted, and the screen image of the data base 5 is read and displayed on the display 6. |
