PURPOSE: To provide a method for controlling the version of technique change in which data divided into versions having the characteristics of executability for changing time directional executability and visual point directional executability and the combination can be stored and retrieved. CONSTITUTION: A system and method for storing and retrieving both the time directional version and the visual point directional version of technique change information is provided.
