PURPOSE:To solve an inevitable defect of expensiveness as considered by a cost with complicated constitution because various control parts are individually provided respectively independently in the case of outputting a control value determined relating to a plurality of input values. CONSTITUTION:Relating to a single neural network 1, input/output switching parts 5, 8 and a coupling constant memory part 2, storing a plurality of coupling constants for connecting the neural network 1 to the input/output switching parts 5, 8, are provided, and by selecting the coupling constant, determining a coupling condition, from the coupling constant memory part 2 given to the input/output switching parts 5, 8 simultaneously switched in a CPU9 at the time of input/output switching, a single neural cell network can be used in common for plurality of controls. |
