PURPOSE:To execute efficiently a work for working mechanically through-hole by a tool by forming the through-hole in a plate with a laser. CONSTITUTION:A drilling machine head 6 is provided integrally on a laser beam machining optical head 2. A table 35 moves a plate 3 to be worked, and moves a through-hole 4 formed by the laser beam machining optical head 2 to a position opposed to the drilling machine head 6. Also, a means 7 for confirming a fact that the through-hole 4 is formed is provided, thereby in the case the through-hole 4 is formed, working is executed by the drilling machine head 6, and in the case the through-hole 4 is formed, working by the drilling machine head 6 is not executed. |
