<p>PURPOSE:To offer the thin, lightweight resistor division type coordinate input device with high accuracy by depressing with a cordless pen or a finger. CONSTITUTION:A 1st substrate 11 which has plural striped electrodes 12 and a 2nd substrate 17 where a conductive film 16 is formed are set opposite each other across an insulating film 15 and the striped electrodes and conductive film are connected electrically when pressed. This device has a means 28 which applies a reference voltage to the striped electrodes selectively and means 27 and 39 which detect the potential of the striped electrodes through the conductive film on the 2nd substrate, and the coordinates of one position is detected from the delay time of a voltage which is detected when the substrate is pressed to detect the position coordinates on the striped electrode from the peak value of the voltage.</p> |
