PURPOSE:To simplify the construction work, by forming a ceiling frame by connection of divided filter units in which a filter unit or the like is formed detachably in frames and further, suspending the connected corners with a hanger CONSTITUTION:Divided filter units 5 in which a filter unit 9 and a blower unit 8 with a filter are formed detachably to become a frame are connected to each other to define a ceiling frame 7. Next, the connected corner of the divided filter unit 5 is suspended by a hanger 6. In this way, the ceiling of a clean room can be simply assembled. |
