PURPOSE:To manufacture continuously magnetic wire for pulse generation with low scattering of output pulse characteristics. CONSTITUTION:With the rotation of rotary shaft 7 by a motor 10, a flat gear 2 rotates around a flat gear 1. The rotation of the flat gear 2 rotates a wire sending dram 5 through a worm gear 3 and sends off wire 16 at a constant speed. The sending wire is fixed by a guide roller 8 and is given twist force by way of a rubber roller 12 for twisting. The twist is sustained by a rubber roller 13 for sustaining twist. By twisting the wire during sending the wire for a short distance, the twist pitch is given uniformly and the scattering of output pulse characteristics is drastically minimized. |
