PURPOSE: To improve the filterability of a magnetic dispersion by forming at least part of a binder as a dispersion polymer and adding specific phosphate thereto. CONSTITUTION: The low-mol.wt. phosphate compd. expressed by formula I is used as a dispersion aid. At least part of the polymer binder is a dispersion active compd. having at least one piece of polar groups which enables adsorption to magnetic pigments. The polar groups of the dispersion active compd. are acidic, alkaline or amphiphilic groups and groups which enable hydrogen bridge- like bonding and are polarizable. Further, the dispersion active compd. is a vinyl monomer polymer and more particularly a copolymer of a vinyl monomer and a monomer having at least one piece of polar groups which enable the adsorption to the magnetic pigments. |
