PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity of a separating member used for the maximum size end so as to reduce the number of parts by separating a recording material by means of bearings used for a fixing roller. CONSTITUTION:A sharp recording material separator 11b for separating a recording material is provided on bearings 11 and 12, that is at the ends of a recording guide part along move than a half periphery of a roller extending up to the maximum paper feed area corresponding to the recording of the maximum size. Also, in order to maintain a minute gap between a fixing roller 2 and a separating guide 10, hitting parts 10b provided on both ends of the separating guide 10 are forced to hit the fixing roller bearings 11 and 12 to make positioning. In addition, the top end of the claw 10a of the separating guide 10 is provided in a position where it does not interfere with the fixing roller bearings 11 and 12. Though the recording material guide of the bearings is extended to the maximum paper feed area, it is located outside of the maximum image area where a toner image is formed. |
