PURPOSE:To realize personal mail communication and improvement of distribution service by reading a stored text designated in a subscriber mail box and using a FAX mail/bulletin board service means so as to send the text to a facsimile equipment. CONSTITUTION:A FAX mail center 20a and a personal computer communication center 10a are connected and an electronic mail service control section 12a manages mail transmission reception control and transmission reception list with respect to the transmission reception service of an electronic mail to a personal computer. Moreover, a bulletin board service control section 12b implements registration/read control of a bulletin board system and management of management information. Then the personal computer implements registration/deletion and inquiry command of mail transmission reception and bulletin board/multiple address text list. Furthermore, a control section 22 reads a caller name and its department corresponding to a caller based on a subscriber/system data management file 26a and a medium conversion section 23a converts text information into an image data. The personal communication of a FAX mail and the distribution service of an electronic mail are enhanced through the interlinking.
