EXTENTION METHOD OF MOTION FACTOR

The method is for extending the bit number of detected motion factor in the image process system using the motion adaptive process method. The circuit comprises a latch (10) latching the N bit motion factor, a first adder (20) receiving the MSB of the second output of the latch and generating the stop factor data extended as much as 1 bit, and a second adder (30) receiving the MSB of the first output of the latch and generating the motion factor data extended as much as 1 bit.
