PURPOSE:To attain free arrangement of the transmitter by devising a music source to be operated at a hand of the user and sending making wireless between the transmitter and a speaker. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal extracted from a CD 3 is inputted to a digital modulation circuit 12. A reproduction output of a tape 4 is A/D-converted and modulated into a format the same as that of a CD. The circuit 12 modulates a signal in the CD format into a form suitable for optical transmission and outputs the result to a light emission section 2. Then the light emitting diode is driven to allow an infrared ray digital signal 6 to radiate in space. A light receiving section 8 of a receiver receives the signal 6 and the result is restored to an analog signal through processing via a digital demodulation signal processing circuit 18 and a D/A converter 19 and the signal is reproduced as sound from a speaker 20. On the other hand, a signal from a key entry section is fetched by a system control section 30 to control the entire transmitter and a remote control signal 14 is outputted. Thus, free layout is attained. |
