PURPOSE: To prevent the uncontrollable turning motion of a transfer conveyor by coupling a locking device to selectively limit the turning range of a transfer conveyor with the transfer conveyor in a vehicle having the transfer conveyor on a bottom part of a track traveling truck. CONSTITUTION: An alignment device 17 is provided on a rear end of a vehicle body 5 to support the free end part range of a transfer conveyor 10, and guide the transfer conveyor 10 in a range of a curved track. A part between a discharge range 18 and the axis of rotation 12 of the transfer conveyor 10 is coupled to a front end of a truck frame 4 by a locking device 19. A flap 22 provided on a carrying belt support body 20 is turned around the axis 24 to be selectively operated at the working position in contact with a side surface 23 of the transfer conveyor 10 or the release position indicated by a one dot chain line.
