摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a superconducting screen printing ink containing an organic composition, a superconducting material, or an inorganic composition that becomes a superconducting material after baking. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic binder that is chemical inactive for a superconducting material is further contained, thus enabling manufacturing of a superconducting film with improved mechanical strength and chemical resistance, without reducing superconducting characteristic, and applyicable in the field of microelectronics.
