PURPOSE:To make a board-in connector to be wholely connected with a mother board, a signal processing substrate and a connector board which are arranged to be at right angle each other. CONSTITUTION:A substrate connecting device is characterized by: a plurality of signal processing substrates 10 are connected with a mother board 8 by means of first board-in connectors 12a and 12b, a suspension mechanism 21 supports the signal processing substrate to oscillate so that a degree of freedom can be given to the mother board, and the mother board and a connector board 15 are connected each other at right angle by means of second board-in connectors 26a and 26b with the aid of the degree of freedom of the mother board. |
