PURPOSE:To decrease a load to a radio telephone exchange by selecting possibility for executing inter-station channel switching control case by case from the mobile equipment side of the moving body communication system. CONSTITUTION:Just before a mobile equipment 5 of the moving body communication system moves from the own area 1 to another area 2 and a radio telephone exchange 3 executes the inter-station channel switching control for changing these areas, a select signal transmission circuit 7 of the radio telephone exchange 3 transmits a select signal through a cell site 4 to the mobile equipment 5 so as to select possibility for executing the inter-station channel switching control. A select signal reception circuit 10 of the mobile equipment 5 receives this select signal. A response signal transmission circuit 11 transmits a response signal showing the selected result through the cell site 4 to the radio telephone exchange 3. A response signal reception circuit 8 receives this response signal. According to this response signal, a judgement circuit 9 judges possibility for executing the inter-station channel switching control. |
