<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electronic comdponent comprising a laminated ceramic layer wherein the directivity of the inner electrode can be confirmed based on the external appearance and the manufacturing method of the component. CONSTITUTION:At first, CaTiO3-MgTiO3-La2O3-TiO2-based ceramic green sheets and palladium electrode paste are alternately laminated and thermocompression bonding is performed. Thus, a contact bonded body is formed. Ethylcellulose of 20g at 8wt.% which is formed as a binder with terpineol as a solvent is added into ceramic powder whose main components are barium titanate, barium zirconate, calcium titanate and manganese. Obtained BT-BZ-CT-Mn-based dielectric paste 2 is screen-printed on the upper and lower surfaces of the contact bonded body. Then, the contact bonded body is cut into chip states. After removal of impurities, the body is baked at a specified temperature. An outer electrode 3 is formed at the surface where the inner electrode is exposed.</p> |
