PURPOSE: To prevent water, a disinfection soln. and other liquid from penetrating into electronic machinery, especially, the housing of a medical treatment monitor and a connector connection part. CONSTITUTION: A recessed part 6 is formed to the bottom surface plate of an apparatus housing and one side wall 9 thereof is formed in parallel thereto at the position opposite to a front plate 2 and the connection connectors 12, 13 of interface cables 10, 11 are attached to the side wall 9.
