The ball mill apparatus comprises rotary container (2) containing powder and ball, rotary means for rotating the container (2), frame (1) for supporting rotary container (2) and rotary means, buffer tank (17) mounted at the end of supporting frame (1) for transfering slurry into agitating tank (16) and means for controlling height of the container (2) and supporting frame (1). The means for rotating container (2) connected sprocket (3) and motor (5) with chain (4). The buffer tank (17) mounts a filter (17a) to separate the balls, and the lower part of the tank (17) is inclined at sixty deg. angle on the inner side and at fifteen degree on the outer side.
