In one form, the electrically conducting first sheet (23) is a non-ferrous metal or metal alloy expanded foil, the electrically non-conducting second sheet (25) is a glass fibre fabric, the third sheet (26) is a carbon or graphite fibre reinforced composite sheet and the first component part (18) is an aluminium alloy honeycomb core.
