PURPOSE:To transfer the processing to an emulator in a tester at the time of starting or resetting the power of a printed board unit independently of address areas of a boot ROM to which a reset vector, an interrupt vector, and a firm program are assigned. CONSTITUTION:A connector 21 to be connected to a receptacle 12 for an initial start storage device 11 provided in a printed board unit 4, a reset vector storage device 32 which designates the start address of a program for emulation test, an interrupt vector storage device 37, an address matching circuit 34 which detects the address from which the reset vector stored in the reset vector storage device 32 is read out, and an address matching circuit 38 which detects the address from which the interrupt vector stored in the interrupt vector storage device 37 is read out are provided. |
