The sampling valve of the invention comprises two fixed elements having penetration holes, and a movable element having at least one penetration hole being held movably between these fixed elements, and functions to distribute a liquid specimen such as blood in slices, and determine quantitatively, sample and transfer it, and is used in an automatic analyzing apparatus such as blood analyzer. In this sampling valve, a liquid chamber (27) for covering the outer circumference of the sliding surfaces of the movable element and fixed elements is formed, and a wedge-shaped slope (15) is formed at the outer end portion of the sliding surfaces. The liquid chamber (27) is composed of an enclosure (24) for covering the outer circumference of the movable element. An arm (28) coupled to a driving source (21) is joined to the movable element so as to be movable within the opening (25) of the enclosure (24), thereby composing so that the valve may be changed over easily. In this way, the lubricating effect of the sliding surfaces of the movable element and fixed elements may be enhanced and sticking may be prevented, while it is possible to change over with a small force.
