1182-7 The invention relates to a ceramic filter structure, in which ceramic materials with different electrical properties are used. When the filter is formed by ceramic blocks containing at least one transmission line resonator, all blocks can be made equally high by selecting for each block a ceramic material which has the same physical height although the resonance frequency is different. Then an optimum physical size regarding the packing density can be selected for the blocks.
